The service

Pertev lets you keep lists, notes and reminders, and share them with your family if you choose to. By downloading the app you accept these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account. You may not use someone else's account without permission, and you may not use the app for an unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others.

Your content

The content you create belongs to you. We perform on it only the operations needed to provide the service; we do not use your content for any other purpose.

The family feature and payment

Your personal lists, notes and reminders are free. The family sharing feature is paid and can be obtained in two ways:

• Monthly subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. The charge is taken from your App Store account within the 24 hours before the period ends. To stop renewal it is enough to cancel from your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• One-time purchase. Paid once, does not renew.

The purchase is made through Apple; payment, cancellation and refunds are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests must be made to Apple.

Continuity of the service

We try to provide the service without interruption but cannot guarantee that there will be none. So that you do not lose your data, we recommend not keeping important information in this app alone.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.

Closing an account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. We reserve the right to close accounts that breach these terms.
