Pertev is an app for keeping your lists, notes and reminders, and for sharing them with your family if you choose to. This page explains which data we process and why.

The app does not track your location and keeps no location history. When you set a location-based reminder, only the coordinate of the point you chose is stored. Whether you have entered that region is evaluated by the operating system on the device itself; that information is never sent to us. If you do not grant the location permission the rest of the app works normally — only location-based reminders will not fire.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with ad networks. The app contains no analytics or crash-reporting tool and no third-party tracking technology.
Your data is stored and processed on Google Firebase: authentication, database, notification delivery and server functions. The database is hosted inside the European Union (europe-west3). In providing these services Google is subject to its own privacy terms.
You can permanently delete your account and your data from inside the app, at Profile → Delete My Account. Deletion removes your lists, notes, reminders, the messages you sent and your account details; if you are in a family, you are removed from it. The action cannot be undone.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Access and correction can be done inside the app; for deletion you can use the step above or write to us.
Pertev is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group.
If this text changes, the date above is updated and significant changes are announced inside the app.
